Sherilyn is a devoted mother of 2 daughters, 1 furbaby, and is VIP foster fur-mom to Scotty "Jack". Sherilyn epitomizes what a loving and committed foster is.

Her first ever foster experience with "Jack" has been a 5 month long journey of medical hurdles that she's helped him overcome. Jack has seen multiple specialists and has had some neurological challenges that required him to learn how to be a dog from scratch. With Sherilyn's help and support, Jack has persevered.

Despite his special needs, Sherilyn has always offered her unwavering patience and TLC, never giving up on "sweetest boy" Jack. She's made sure he feels safe and loved. Now, she's watched him blossom & flourish into a pup who plays with toys and loves being hugged.

Kasey, her Foster Mentor, sums it up best, "Sherilyn's love has proven to a dog who had long since given up on most humans that happiness is possible."

Sherilyn's heart is golden! We're grateful she chose to foster with us, and we're proud to give her the recognition she deserves!!
