VIP Volunteer, Pam, has a true rescuer’s heart. She cares for all the Doodle Dandy dogs she works with as if they are her own.
A volunteer for five years now, Pam has served primarily as a mentor to many people who foster dogs for DDR. No one could ask for a better mentor! She is always ready and willing to do whatever needs to be done, going above and beyond what is expected. Pam has a wealth of knowledge about doodle dog fostering and is so very helpful with every question. She always provides great suggestions and solutions, sometimes even before she is asked. On top of all that, she is exceptionally easy going and fun to work with.
Pam has also volunteered her amazing work as a seamstress. She created costumes for all of the dogs to wear in the Barkus Parade this year. She makes beautiful bandanas and leash wraps for DDR dogs as well, investing much time and creativity into that work.
Pam is a wonderful representative of our rescue! We couldn’t be happier or more grateful that she chooses to volunteer so much of her time to the DDR village.
