A Little More About ...

Tanner’s got a whole lotta love to give to his fur-ever family! He’s 85 pounds of love and affection. After extensive training, this fluffy pyre-doodle is ready to find his own home. He can’t wait to love and protect his people. At 3 years old, he’s still got some big puppy energy left, but can also chill quite nicely after running around a bit. His zoomies are truly a wonder—more like “thunders” than zoomies. He loves to play and loves to please his hoomans. He would thrive with a job to do and space to run. He exhibits those traits that Pyrenees enthusiasts love with a poodle’s intelligence.

Tanner’s ideal home would be excited about continuing his training and productively channeling his energy. He needs to be the star of his home as an only dog. He will do best with confident, experienced dog owners who are committed to continued training and a lifetime of full-body hugs. Because of his size and strong Pyrenees traits, he is not suited for a home with children.

Tanner’s adoption fee is $600. He is HW-negative, current on all HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Tanner a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour radius of the DFW area, please click on one of the Adoption Application buttons on this page and select TANNER from the drop-down menu on the application form.
