APPLE DUMPLING GANG

APPLY FOR A PUPPY IF YOU:

• Are committed to continued training and socialization so that each pup becomes a treasured member of the family.

• Have a schedule that is conducive to guidance, socialization, and training for these precious doodles.

• Will commit to future spaying/neutering as part of the contract for each of the puppies. DDR will cover a set amount toward this cost.

• Are  available for “Puppy Pick-Up” on 11/15 in the afternoon in the DFW area.

Personalities:

• We do not know how big they will be. Mom is a medium-sized (26 lbs) poodle mix.

• DNA results say these puppies are mini-sheepadoodles with a very high percentage of poodle, so they will likely be non-shedding as adults, but we can't guarantee that.

• They all love playing with toys, naps, and cuddling. In a confined area, they are learning to go on the potty pad.

• They are in their shark-puppy teething era. They will chew on everything they can!

• Dumplin' (F)  is very determined and when she wants to play she will keep trying until she succeeds.  There was one night she accidentally climbed out of the whelping box and yelped for 10 minutes straight until her foster returned her back to be with her siblings.

• Sugar (F) is very calm and sweet.  She likes to play with others but is very quiet.

• Nutmeg (F) is very vocal about what she wants.  She loves to play with her siblings and lets her foster know when she wants to be cuddled or eat.

• Cinnamon (F) is also very vocal and loves to be cuddled.  She tends to cry when she just wants to be held.  She loves her naps and sometimes plays with the toys.

• Raisin (F) is very chill.  She hangs back and watches the others but will also get in and play hard.

• Crumble (M) tends to stay off during feeding time.  He eats but not much.  Once everyone is finished eating he wants to play.  He likes to pull the others tail and step on them to wake them up.

• Fritter (M) is very quiet and sometimes cautious.  He doesn't play as much as the others; he’s just very chill.

• Crispin (F) is very sweet and loves to play.  She isn't very vocal but will play tug of war with her siblings.

• Nugget (F) was the smallest when she was born but has caught up with the others.  She loves to play and is usually one of the last ones to go to sleep after eating.

• Butterscotch (F) is also very calm but will play after she gets fed.  She also gets the zoomies after a bath.

Are You Ready for Some Puppy Love?
All of the puppies are current on all age-appropriate vaccinations and microchipped. Spaying/Neutering at an appropriate age will be a required part of each adoption contract. DDR pays a set amount toward the cost of alteration. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help us continue giving amazing pups like The Apple Dumpling Gang a second chance.
