A Little More About ...
Lola Loo
Drumroll please! Our lovely, lively Lola Loo is ready for adoption!
This smart girl has already learned so much—how to use the dog door, basic obedience commands like “sit” and “off,” and how to enjoy a pup cup. She is a pro at fetch, adores a car-ride adventure, and loves all the toys! She is non-dominant and enjoys playing with other pups in the house. Lola Loo would also be fine as an only dog. She will “talk” to you when she wants to play. Although she is crate-trained, she is also trustworthy when left out in the house as long as there aren’t any goodies within reach on the counters. She would love a home with a yard because she is very sure she can catch that pesky squirrel out there. Grooming hasn’t always been a positive experience for her [it seems] as she is very wary of the brushes, towels, clippers, and other objects touching her. Her foster has been working to gently desensitize her to those objects as well as loud or sudden noises. She has started working on her leash manners and has a solid “A” in “heel.”
Lola Loo is looking for a patient home where she can continue her training and be an adored member of the family. She will need to continue to work on experiences that make her anxious and build confidence with unknowns. She is sweet and affectionate and deserves all of the cuddles!
Lola Loo’s adoption fee is $600 and she’s HW negative, current on all HW/Flea preventatives, microchipped and spayed. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical and food for Doodle Dandy Dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Lola Loo a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour radius of the DFW area please click on one of the Adoption Application buttons on this page and select Lola Loo from the drop-down menu on the application form.
