A Little More About ...
Freeman
Here he is! Here’s the pup you’ve been waiting for! FREEMAN!
Freeman is a fantastic family dog. While he can’t tell us about his life before DDR, we suspect he didn’t have much of a chance to be a puppy or experience love and trust from a family of his own. He is cautious around men and very sensitive to yelling or raised hands. He will need time to build trust with men. He is gentle and kind. His foster touts his intelligence—he quickly understands what is wanted and does it. He’s eager to please.
Freeman is friendly with everyone—kids and animals—and would do well with another canine playmate with similar energy. He is medium to high energy when he starts playing, but he’s able to calm down once playtime is over. He would enjoy having a yard of his own for all the zoomies. He needs regular exercise and attention from his family and would love to have a family that works from home so he’s got company during the day. Because of his size and enthusiasm, small children might not be ideal. Freeman is looking forward to settling into his fur-ever family where he can continue his training and soak up a lifetime of love and affection.
Freeman’s adoption fee is $400 and he’s HW negative, current on all HW/Flea preventatives, microchipped and neutered. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical and food for Doodle Dandy Dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Freeman a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour radius of the DFW area please click on one of the Adoption Application buttons on this page and select Freeman from the drop-down menu on the application form.
