Scout is “doodle-adjacent.” He’s a handsome and stylish Welsh Terrier—and like most terriers, he’d run the world if you’d let him. He’s very loving and smart and needs a confident, dog-savvy human-leader to take charge so he can just be a dog. Scout’s adopter must be willing to jump into training lessons with his trainer in the DFW-area to ensure his successful transition. He’s got that terrier prey drive so he needs an adult home without small animals.

 

Scout enjoys having a purpose and thrives with pup-puzzles that challenge his brain and require him to work for his food. His energy booms when he’s working but having a job to do gives him a calm focus.

Scout’s adoption fee is $600. He is HW negative, current on all HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Scout a second chance.
