This pretty young thing is Ruby!  Ruby’s life story so far reads a bit like a country song.  She done took her love to town and had a teenage pregnancy and that old hound dog left her high and dry. Her puppies have all gone on to their own songs, and she wants you to know she won’t be having any more of them!  She’s now ready to play and be loved and have the life she was always meant to have.

Ruby’s favorite thing is to be with you!  She’s a gentle and calm soul who is happy to chill with you on the couch.  She gets along with other dogs and is tolerant of visitors.  Her perfect family will be home a lot.  She would do great with a retired person or couple who wants a loving and loyal companion.  Her new owners will need to have a little patience with her; she is still learning how to dog and might need a little help overcoming her shyness and learning to communicate her needs.  Let’s make her story a love song!

Ruby’s adoption fee is $700. She’s HW negative, current on all HW/Flea preventatives, microchipped and spayed. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy Dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Ruby a second chance.
