All About Kobe2:
Please meet Kobe, a 15 month-old and 53-pound Bernadoodle. This beautiful boy is potty trained and a perfect gentleman on leash. He enjoys car rides and spending time with his person as he is very sweet and loves affection. When he’s not chilling indoors, he likes to sit outside and watch the animals roam in the backyard. This young dood enjoys playtime as well, which is when you’ll hear him bark. Kobe is also vocal in the crate as he does experience some separation anxiety.
Kobe has a fear of male figures. He is not at all aggressive, but will simply avoid and not approach men at all. He knows some commands like sit, wait and come. Kobe is afraid of household items such as water bottles, remote controls and pillows, especially if they are in your hand. As you can imagine, this makes the necessary, non-shedding doodle grooming very stressful for him. Although this pup is making progress, he will appreciate a person who wants to continue working with him to improve his confidence and reach his full potential.
Kobe is good with other dogs! However, as mentioned, he is very afraid of men—even if they are children. He will require a female-only household, single or couple and no young children. He needs someone who can be patient and encouraging with his developing social skills. Can you provide Kobe with a calm environment with all of the affection, patience and good vibes he craves? If so, please apply!
Kobe’s adoption fee is $600 plus sales tax and he’s HW negative, current on all HW/Flea preventatives, microchipped, and neutered. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical and food for Doodle Dandy Dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Kobe a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour radius of the DFW area please click on the Adoption Application at the top of this bio!
