All About Dolly:

Hey, Y’all! I’m Dolly! I’m a 7 month-old Great Dane/Poodle mix coming in at a whopping 79-pounds of pure dane doodleness. I’m a growing girl who is quite the cutie inside and out. My kind eyes and cute beard makes my foster mom melt! I enjoy learning new things and already know several commands such as “sit, down, come, up, and off.” I’m also working on ‘stay’ and would love if my new family could help me master it!

I’m a super sweet girl, but carry a big bark and can be slow to warm up to strangers. Socializing me well while I’m young will be important for my success. I potty outside and walk on leash. I do have a little separation anxiety when my favorite person leaves. I’ll continue to work on that with your reassurance. I sleep well in my crate at night though. I’m pretty good at leaving your things alone and chewing on my own stuff, if you do your part.

Due to my large size and clumsy puppy energy, my new family should have no small children (under age 15). I love playing and I may accidentally knock them over.

I shed just a bit. But, hey! I will be low maintenance in the grooming department!

My most favorite things are: going for walks, sunning by the pool (splashing and swimming when encouraged), cuddling with my person(s), and learning new things!

Is there room in your heart and home for a big gal like me? I promise to fill them both with joy, and of course..."I will always love you."
